All Desktop Themes in here are free and virus-free. Some of the themes though are zipped, so you need a zipping utility in order to unzip and use(setup) the files. You also might need Desktop Themes/Microsoft Plus! in order to setup the themes quickly and easily. You really don't need Desktop Themes?Plus! but setting up the files will take long.........Download the tools in my Tools Page.........
